We offer three unique packages to suit your needs:

Bronze:

You'll be provided with a cottage listing on our main page, which receives thousands of hits each month. It's a great opportunity to increase your web exposure and maximize rental income. Your contact information will be included at the bottom of the listing. The cost for this service is $4.95 per month.

Silver:

We will handle all inquiries and booking details. This includes collecting payment and a security deposit to ensure your property is respected by guests. You may clean the cottage between rentals, or ask the tenants to bring their own bedding and leave the property clean for the next week's rentals. The fee per week rented is 15%.

Gold:

We offer complete property management services. The cottage is professionally cleaned between rentals - including all sheets and towels.  This feature can increase the value of your rental, and provide you with peace of mind. The fee per week rented is 30%. Services provided include:

• Advertising and marketing
• Responding to inquiries and making payment arrangements
• Collecting a security deposit
• Cleaning the cottage between rentals
• Laundry: sheets & towels
• Lawn care
