This home is nestled along the base of the Niagara Escarpment. Surrounded by boulders, natural vegetation, and picturesque Colpoy's Bay, you'll truly feel at one with nature. Centrally located on the Bruce Peninsula it's just a short drive to Sauble Beach, Tobermory, or Owen Sound. Spend your day touring the countryside, or relaxing at the shore while watching sailboats cruise the bay.
This is a large property based on three waterfront lots. The house is positioned on two of the lots, the third lot is occupied by a garage/bunkhouse which is used by the owners.
The home is equipped with lots of luxuries including a dishwasher, 32" TV with satellite, and a sauna. Enjoy the outdoors with a fire pit on the shore, swing bench under a canopy of trees, and a hammock by the water.
The master bedroom is spacious and comes equipped with a 27" TV. There is a deck located off the bedroom perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. For a relaxing and stress free vacation, this is your destination!

There is a narrow spiral staircase leading to the 2nd level. Swim shoes are recommended.
